6.To review the Memorial Park’s rules and signage.

7.To review the recent Playground Inspection Reports for the Memorial Park and Prince’s Street.

8.To consider the Memorial Park’s general maintenance.

9.To consider bins in the Memorial Park and elsewhere in the Parish.

10.To consider grant applications for new play equipment.

11.To consider plans for an armed forces memorial in the Memorial Park

12.To consider plans for a Community Wood

13.Burial Ground

  1. To approve the minutes held on 4th April 2023

  2. To receive draft notes 30th May 2023

  3. To receive reports on matters arising from the last meeting.

14.Garden Allotments

  1. To approve minutes held on 3rd October 2023

  2. To consider the requirement for the provision of additional allotments

  3. To resolve on any matters concerning individual plots

15.To set time and date of the next meeting

Anyone wishing to speak should raise their hand and wait to be asked by the chair. A question shall not require a response nor start a debate.
