7. To receive an update on the UK Shared Prosperity Fund Prospectus and the completion of an expression of interest form.
8. To set date and time for the next meeting.
9. To resolve on moving into closed session, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2).
