Public Forum.

As indicated below, 15 minutes is set aside to hear from members of the public, when a short statement may be made, or a question asked (3 minutes per person). Anyone wishing to speak should raise their hand and wait to be asked by the chair. A question shall not require a response nor start a debate. Unless otherwise indicated, members of the public may not speak at any other time.

01. To approve the September 2023 cash book and bank reconciliation for September and Quarter.

01. New Pavilion

i. To receive the minutes of the last meeting

ii. To resolve on setting up a Fundraising Working Party and appoint Cllr Bruch, Cllr Phillpott, and a co-opted member as per recommendation from the New Pavilion Committee.

iii. To resolve on a proposal for a grand prize draw in aid of the new sports pavilion

02. Garden Allotments’ Committee

i. To receive the minutes of the last meeting.

ii. To resolve to amend the rules & regulations and tenancy agreements to include a provision for recovering costs from a tenant who leaves an allotment plot in an unacceptable condition.

03. Open Spaces Committee

i. To consider to appoint Cllr Bruch onto the Open Spaces Committee

ii. To arrange a meeting to consider the Play Inspection Reports

iii. To consider report by SBUFC of mole holes in the Memorial Park 

04. CCTV Working Party

05. Community Speed Watch Working Party

06. Other committee and working party reports.

17. To consider the installation of the Speed Indicator Sign.

18. To resolve on a proposal for a joint Newsletter with The Curlew Centre (Cllr Philpott).

20. To resolve to move into closed session [Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2).]

22. To consider confidential contractual matters relating to the new pavilion project.
