5.To consider the committee’s membership including the co-option of a member of the public.

7.To consider any further consultation matters.
8.To receive an update on the UK Shared Prosperity Fund Prospectus and the completion of an expression of interest form.
9.To set date and time for the next meeting.
10.To resolve on moving into closed session, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2).
11.To receive the architect’s report and to resolve appropriately (confidential as receipt of external advice [1960 c.67 s.1(3).]).
