Notice is hereby given, and committee members duly requested to attend, a meeting of the allotments committee to be held on 18:00hrs Tuesday, 21 November 2023 in the Bridge Room at the Curlew Centre.

Agenda
1.To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.
2.To receive declarations of disclosable pecuniary or other interests and to consider any written request for dispensation.
3.To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 03 October 2023
4.To consider requirements for the provision of additional allotments.
5.To receive a report following an inspection of the allotments on 6 November 2023
6.To discuss allotment deposits; and consider raising the level of deposits considering the recent costs incurred clearing the allotments that are not left in good order.
7.To resolve on moving into closed session, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2).
8.To resolve on any matters relating to individual’s allotment plots.
9.To set date and time for the next meeting.
