2.To receive declarations of disclosable pecuniary or other interests and to consider any written request for dispensation.
3.To approve the minutes of the meeting 30 January 2024.
4.To consider commissioning an independent consultant to give advice on the most appropriate heating and utility facilities for the building.
5.To review an update on the progress of the outline planning application.
6.To consider how best to move forward with public consultation including the possibility of open events, a questionnaire and a parish meeting.
7.To receive a report on fundraising activities
