1. To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.
2. To receive declarations of disclosable pecuniary or other interests and to consider any written request for dispensation.
3. To approve the minutes of the finance meeting held 29 August 2022.
4. To consider in detail a draft budget for 2024/25 and resolve to recommend approval of the budget to full council on 23rd January 2023.
