Notice is hereby given, and all members of the Council asked to attend, an extraordinary meeting of the Parish Council to be held 19:00hrs Tuesday, 03 September 2024 in  the Bridge room of The Curlew Centre. Sutton Bridge.

AGENDA

1.To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.

2.To receive declarations of disclosable pecuniary or other interests and to consider any written request for dispensation.

3.To receive representations from members of the Public (10 minutes)

4.To receive correspondence from Cllr Scarlett and the report from the site walk – and to resolve on the exact position of the new under 7’s play equipment.

5.To resolve to move into closed session [Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2).]

6.To receive and consider tenders for the under 7’s new play equipment installation
