Sutton Bridge Parish Council Meeting

Notice is hereby given, and all members of the Council are asked to attend a meeting of the Parish Council at 19:00hrs Tuesday, 23 January 2024 in the Bridge Room, The Curlew Centre, Sutton Bridge.

Before the start of the meeting a minutes’ silence will be observed to remember and pay respects to Cllr David Bruch and former Cllr David Garner who have passed away recently.

1.To elect a Chair and record the signing of the acceptance of office.

2.To elect a Vice-Chair and record the signing of the acceptance of office.

3.To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.

4.To receive declarations of disclosable interests and to consider requests for dispensation.

6.To approve the minutes of the meeting held Tuesday, 12 December 2023.

iv.To approve payment of £750 match funding grant for a defibrillator to be fitted to the Curlew Centre.

13.To receive the Notice of Election –if any election is contested the poll will take place on 22nd February 2024.

14.To receive a request and approve the booking of the Memorial Park for events

21.To consider confidential staffing & administration matters and to resolve appropriately.
