1.To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.
2.To receive declarations of disclosable pecuniary or other interests and to consider any written request for dispensation.
3.To receive representations from members of the Public (5 minutes)
4.To receive information about PlayZones and the Football Foundation scheme and consider what actions may be taken; including identifying a suitable site and working with other agencies to develop the scheme.
5.To receive and consider commenting on District Council Planning Application H18-0463-24 Bridge Hotel - Change of use from hotel class C! to residential class C3 including the creating of 15 residential units
