1.To elect a chairman – (As this is now an amalgamated committee a new chair will be elected and terms of reference agreed.)
2.To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.
3.To receive declarations of disclosable pecuniary or other interests and to consider any written request for dispensation.

5.To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 14 December 2023
6.To note the arrangements for safety inspections of the play areas.
7.To receive an update on the addition to the fingerpost for the King Charles III coastal path.
8.To review the Memorial Park’s rules and signage.
9.To consider requirements for equipment held in the old toilet block.
10.To identify and prioritise schemes to improve play equipment and receive information on grants available.
