1.To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.
2.To receive declarations of pecuniary interests or other disclosable interests, or any written requests to grant a dispensation

4.To receive written applications for the office of Parish Councillor and to co-opt a candidate to fill the vacancy arising from the resignation of Mrs A Billings.
5.To approve the minutes of meeting held on 24 September 2024.

9.Financial matters.
i.To approve the September 2024 cash book and bank reconciliation.
ii.To approve payments to 22 October 2024 with any late payments reported by the clerk and to note the two members authorising bank payments.
iii.To receive a report on the electrical fault and water leak at the Pavilion and approve the emergency expenditure on contractors to attend and fix the problems.

i.Trees – to note progress on removing the tree stakes.

i.to receive a report on current vacancies
 
12.To receive information regarding the renovation of 2 bus stops by LCC and ratify the decision to agree to the brick red paint.
