Notice is hereby given, and committee members duly requested to attend, a meeting of the New Pavilion Committee to be held 18:30hrs Tuesday, 19 March 2024 in the Bridge Room at the Curlew Centre.

Agenda
1.To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.
2.To receive declarations of disclosable pecuniary or other interests and to consider any written request for dispensation.
3.To approve the minutes of the meeting 20 February 2024.
4.To consider quotes for commissioning an independent consultant to give advice on the most appropriate heating and utility facilities for the building.
5.For the purposes of securing grant funding - to consider instructing the Parish Council solicitors to draw up a legal contract with Sutton Bridge United Football club to undertake to create a lease over the land and building as soon as it is built.
6.To consider commissioning an accredited surveyor to draw up a land plan so that the land can be registered with the Land Registry.
7.To set date and time for the next meeting.
