Notice is hereby given, and all members of the Council are duly requested to attend, a meeting of the Parish Council to be held 7pm Tuesday, 27 July 2021 in the Diamond Hall of the Curlew Centre, Sutton Bridge

Information for members of the public & press:
For the protection of the public, Council members, and staff, the following COVID-19 risk mitigation measures will be in place:
• Facemasks are asked to be worn when entering and leaving the meeting. Also, at other times where 2m social distancing is not possible.
• Please use hand sanitiser as provided.
• Attendees are asked to maintain social distancing guidelines (2m, or 1m with risk mitigation where 2m is not viable).
• Up to 15 members of the public will be permitted. Please arrive five minutes before the time of the meeting. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
• If there is a large influx of the public which exceeds the meeting room’s safe capacity to maintain social distancing guidelines (15), then those members of the public arriving after the safe number has been exceeded will be asked not to enter the meeting. If members of the public insist on attending the meeting, then the Parish Council will resolve on excluding all members of the public and press for the whole of the proceedings in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s. 1 (2), for the reason of public safety.
• At agenda item 3. Public Participation, 15 minutes is set aside when a short statement may be made, or a question asked, individual members of the public may speak for a maximum of 5 minutes. If you wish to speak, when invited by the chair please raise your hand and wait to be asked. A question shall not require a response nor start a debate. Unless otherwise indicated on the agenda, members of the public should not speak at any other time.

II. H18-0749-21: Avenue Farm House, Avenue Farm Road, PE12 9QF. Replace existing play house.

III. H18-0741-21: Gunthorpe Road Solar Farm Land South of Gunthorpe Road Walpole Marsh. Installation of a solar farm and battery storage facility with associated infrastructure.

I. H18-0583-21: 48 New Road, PE12 9RQ. Demolition of existing garden store and erection of extension. Approved.

II. H18-0535-21: La Triste, 9 Wrights Lane, PE12 9RH. Extension of existing 2 metre fencing. Refused.
