1. To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.

2. To receive declarations of disclosable pecuniary or other interests and to consider any written request for dispensation.

3. To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 22 June 2021.

4. To consider the revised draft terms of reference with comments

5. To consider the pavilion’s design following the review of example plans circulated by the clerk along with past comments made by committee members (emailed to committee members 29/06/2021).

6. To agree next steps.
