3rd October 2023- Garden Allotment
Minutes of a meeting of the Allotments Committee held 18:00hrs, Tuesday, 03 October 2023, in the Bridge Room at the Curlew Centre, Sutton Bridge.
Present: Cllr Mclaughlin, Cllr Perkins, Cllr Philpott, Mrs Croxford (admin assistant)

23.020. Apologies were received from Cllr A Landy & Cllr M Landy.
23.021. There were no declarations of interest or requests for dispensation.
23.022. It was resolved to approve the minutes of the meeting held 05 September 2023.
23.023. It was resolved to defer the provision of additional allotments till the next meeting.
23.024. An inspection had taken place on the 16th September at the Wrights Lane and Westbank allotments. It was reported that the gate at the Westbank allotments was broken, the admin assistant would look into this.
23.025. It was resolved to recommend the changes to the rules and regulations and tenancy agreements to full council.
23.026. It was resolved to remain in open session.
23.027. The admin assistant updated the committee on the current situation at the Wrights Lane allotments.
The chair closed the meeting at 18:25 hrs.
