Notice is hereby given, and committee members duly requested to attend, a meeting of the Garden Allotments committee to be held on 18:00hrs Tuesday, 21 June 2022 in the Bridge Room at the Curlew Centre.

1. To elect a chair for the year 2022/23.

2. To note member’s attendance and to receive apologies for absence.

3. To receive declarations of disclosable pecuniary or other interests and to consider any written request for dispensation.

4. To consider committee terms of reference.

5. To consider matters relating to paths and roadways.

6. To review arrangements for committee allotment inspections.

7. To review current rules and regulations.

8. To review the garden allotment rent for 2022-2023.

9. To resolve on holding a meeting with allotment tenants.

10. To resolve on moving into closed session, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2).

11. To consider matters relating to individuals’ allotment plots.

12. To set time and date of the next meeting.
