Sutton Bridge Parish Council New Pavilion Committee Summons and Agenda
Notice is hereby given, and committee members duly requested to attend, a meeting of the New Pavilion Committee to be held 19:00hrs Tuesday, 20 January 2026 in the Bridge Room at the Curlew Centre.
Please note this meeting directly follows an Open Spaces Committee meeting and this may still be in session if entering the room before 7pm. Thank you for your patience.

2. To receive declarations of disclosable pecuniary or other interests and to consider any written request for dispensation.

4. To approve the minutes of the meeting 18 November 2025.
5. To receive an update on the PlayZone project
6. To consider setting up a steering group to oversee the development and manage the new PlayZone facility
7. To receive an update on securing the temporary pavilion facilities
8. To receive an update and discuss progress of the Pavilion Project including
• Feedback and report from the meeting with Sir John Hayes
• To receive notes from a meeting with the Football Foundation and discuss the verbal grant offer of up to £50k
• To discuss a visit to a potential supplier
9. To receive representations from members of the public – 5 mins
