1.To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.
2.To receive declarations of disclosable pecuniary or other interests and to consider any written request for dispensation.
3.To receive representations from the public – 5 minutes
4.To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 30 September 2025
5.Memorial Park
i.To receive a report on tree work and consider maintenance of the area
6.Burial Ground
i.To receive feedback from families regarding the removal of additional items on graves and consider the implementation of the policy.
7.Garden Allotments
i.To receive a report on vacancies
ii.To agree a date for an allotment inspection
8.Farm Tenancy
i.To receive an update on a Farm Tenancy and consider recommendations from the Land Agent
9.To receive representations from members of the public regarding items on the agenda. – 10 minutes
10.To resolve on moving into closed session, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2).
11.To consider quotes for work.
