Notice is hereby given, and all members of the Council are asked to attend a meeting of the Parish Council at 19:00hrs Tuesday, 24 February 2026 in the Bridge Room, The Curlew Centre, Sutton Bridge.

AGENDA
1.To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.         
2.To receive declarations of disclosable interests and to consider requests for dispensation.
3.To receive representations from members of the public [i] (10 Minutes)
4.To approve the minutes of the meeting held Tuesday, 27 January 2026.
5.To receive any police matters.
6.To receive the chair’s report.
7.To receive the clerk’s report / outstanding matters not on the agenda.
8.To receive reports from District and County Council Councillors.

9.Financial matters.
i.To approve the January 2025 cash book and bank reconciliation.
ii.To approve payments to 27 January 2026 and note the two members authorising bank payments.
iii.To receive the LCC parish grass contract amount for 2026 and consider the SHDC quote to provide the parish grass cut service or continue with current suppliers.
10.To receive an update on the PlayZone including a summary of the contract with Sis Pitches and to ratify the signing of the construction contract
11.To receive an update on the Temporary Pavilion including considering allowing the temporary storage of the unit on the car park
12.Public Toilets – to consider appointing a member of staff to open the toilets at the weekends  - report
13.To receive an update on the Pavilion Project and consider holding a public meeting for consultation on a loan from HM Treasury to part fund the project.  
14.To receive feedback on the recent Cllr open surgeries and note the date and time of the next meeting – 14th March Cllrs Middleton and Kirby-Fox
15.To consider recent correspondence.
16.To consider making a comment on planning applications submitted to South Holland District Council
17.To note South Holland District Council planning decisions.
18.To receive Committee Reports
 
  1. Open Spaces – update following the meeting on 20th January 2026
 
19.To receive any outside body representative reports.
20.To receive representations from members of the public (5 minutes)
21.To resolve to move into closed session [Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2).]     
22.To Consider quotes for works (confidential terms of tenders, proposals in negotiations)
i.Any late received quotes
23.To consider confidential staffing & administration matters and to resolve appropriately.
