1.To elect a chair and vice chair for the year 2026-27.
2.To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.
3.To receive declarations of disclosable pecuniary or other interests and to consider any written request for dispensation.
4.To approve the minutes of the meeting 19 January 2026.
5.To approve the July 26 bank reconciliation.
6.To approve payments to 25th August 2026 with any late payments reported by the clerk, and to note members to authorise bank payments.
7.To receive a budget summary report
8.To resolve to move into closed session on the grounds of confidentiality in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2)
