To be chaired by Cllr Mary Middleton (chair of the Parish Council)

          The Meeting may discuss any matter affecting the Parish.

The business to be transacted at the meeting will be.

1. Welcome and introduction by the chair of Sutton Bridge Parish Council.
2. Apologies for absence.
3. To approve the minutes of the Parish Meeting held on 12th March 2024.
4. To receive a report from chairman of the parish council.
5. To receive a report from the clerk to the parish council.
6. To receive information about the current vacancies.
7. To receive an update regarding the facilities in the Memorial Park including the PlayZone, new play equipment and Pavilion.
8. Questions and other matters members of the public may wish to raise.
