1.To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.
2.To receive declarations of disclosable interests and to consider requests for dispensation.
3.To receive representations from members of the public [i]
4.To receive written applications for the office of Parish Councillor and to co-opt a candidate to fill the vacancy arising from the resignation of Cllr Mills
5.To approve the minutes of the meeting held Tuesday, 10 December 2024.
6.To receive any police matters.
7.To receive the chair’s report.
8.To receive the clerk’s report / outstanding matters not on the agenda.
9.To receive reports from District and County Council Councillors.

i.To approve the December 2024 cash book and bank reconciliation.
ii.To approve payments to 28 January 2025 and note the two members authorising bank payments.
iii.To receive a draft budget for 2025/26, with budget notes and recommendation from the Finance committee, and to resolve on the precept for 2025/26.
iv.To consider accepting a donation to allow for a Christmas Tree to be placed outside the Curlew Centre for the next 10 years
 
11.To consider a fundraising idea for local clubs and groups – Councillor Philpott
12.To receive feedback on the recent Cllr open surgeries and note the date and time of the next meeting.
13.CCTV – to receive a report on progress with a review of CCTV provision in Sutton Bridge
14.To consider recent correspondence.
15.Allotments – to receive a report on vacancies and on-going issues
16.To receive an update on the Sutton Bridge emergency plan
17.To consider making a comment on planning applications submitted to South Holland District Council
18.To note South Holland District Council planning decisions.
19.To receive Committee Reports
01.New Pavilion - to consider making a planning application to SHDC for a change in location of the Pavilion to the edge of the Park, a play zone, demolition of the old Pavilion and allowance for a temporary changing facility if required.
20.To receive any outside body representative reports.
21.To resolve to move into closed session [Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1(2).]     
22.To Consider quotes for works (confidential terms of tenders, proposals in negotiations)
i.Grounds maintenance
ii.Any late received quotes
23.To consider confidential staffing & administration matters and to resolve appropriately.
