2.To receive declarations of disclosable interests and to consider requests for dispensation.

4.To approve the minutes of the meeting held Tuesday, 25 March 2025.

i.To approve the March 2025 cash book and bank reconciliation.

v.To receive the internal auditor’s report for 2024/25 and to resolve on recommendations.
vi.To receive the annual internal audit certificate 2024/25 (AGAR page 3 of 6).
vii.Considering each statement in turn, to agree and approve responses to the annual governance statement 2024/25 (AGAR page 4 of 6).
viii.To approve the annual accounting statements 2024/25 (AGAR page 5 of 6).
ix.To approve the dates for the period for the exercise of public rights (recommended dates Tuesday 3rd June – Monday 14th July)
x.To consider the subscription to LALC and the Annual Training Scheme
 
10.To receive an update on the PlayZone funding and consider how best to raise the match funding required for the project, including fundraising and loan options.
11.To receive an update on the Emergency Plan from the Sutton Bridge Community Emergency Response Team
12.To receive feedback on the recent Cllr open surgeries and note the date and time of the next meeting.
