Notice is hereby given, and all members of the Council asked to attend, an extraordinary meeting of the Parish Council to be held 19:00hrs Tuesday, 12 August 2025 in the Bridge room of The Curlew Centre, Sutton Bridge.

1.To note members’ attendance and to receive apologies for absence.
2.To receive declarations of disclosable pecuniary or other interests and to consider any written request for dispensation.
3.To receive representations from members of the Public (10 minutes)
4.To receive feedback from a meeting with residents at Tycho Close on 5th August and to consider fencing the Parish Council Boundary with the Memorial Park.
5.To receive feedback from a meeting with a resident at Tycho Close regarding a tree on the border with the Memorial Park and consider appropriate action.
6.To receive correspondence regarding the public toilets at the Curlew Centre and consider requesting extended opening hours.
7.To receive representations from members of the public (10 minutes)
