Notice is hereby given, and all members of the Council are duly requested to attend, a meeting of the Parish Council to be held 7pm Tuesday, 29 September 2020. In accordance with The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020 (LAPCP 2020), this meeting will be held via remote attendance.

5. To declare a vacancy on the Parish Council arising from Cllr Ebbs failing to attend any meeting of the Parish Council, nor any meeting acting as a representative of the Parish Council, throughout a period of six consecutive months since his last attendance.

6. To receive written applications for the office of Parish Councillor and to co-opt a candidate to fill a vacancy arising from the resignation of Mr P. Clery, in accordance with the Representation of the People Act 1985 s.21 (2)(a), and the Parish Council’s co-option policy.
